So, I had my weigh in last night....The good news is I didn't gain anything. The bad news is I didn't lose anything either. I've decided to take this as a positive and start fresh today. I'm making mini goals for myself to achieve. My goal today is to eat 5 servings of fruits/vegetables. I'll be sure to let you know how that works out.

No gain is a good! Care to post what you've been eating? Maybe all of us WW people can help each other out or point out improvements?
Stay positive! I lost 6 and I really think fruits, veggies and water made a huge difference!
