Terrific Tip Tuesday...

{As a new blog feature I hope to present you with helpful tips each Tuesday. Please let me know what you all think.}

This week's Tip:

*Help retail returns to go smoothly- When you buy an item at the mall, always ask for a gift receipt. If you have one, retailers may be more lenient when you decide to return your purchase. With a regular receipt you often have 30 days to take goods back, but stores often accept a gift receipt for up to 60 days.

In honor of Father's Day {a day late...}

Since my sweets has been a daddy for 10 years...I thought I would list 10 things I love about him....

1. He is a man of God!
2. He loves me fully and treats me like a queen..(should that be 2)
3. He has patience in all the areas that count the most.
4. He is a hard worker.
5. He honors his parents.
6. He is "Our best Daddy ever!"
7. He makes my heart beat a little faster when he walks into a room
8. He often surprises me in big ways by the little things
9. He keeps me on my toes
and last but certainly not least....
10. He has made me the best person I can be.

Memorial Day Weekend

Sorry for such a long absence. Things have been crazy in our little party of five. Summer break is upon us, which undoubtedly means fun in the sun.... So, to mark my bloggin come-back occassion, I decided to post some pics of our fun weekend....I hope you enjoy...

Good grief! I know it's been awhile! I'm feeling better and promise to be back on top of things. Anywho, here are a few photos for ya...

Surgery

Seems I will be out of commission for a few days. The reason being I will be having surgery to remove that pesky gallbladder on Friday morning. Thus the reason I've been away for so long. Who knew such a tiny thing could make you so sick. Sure, I've lost over 60lbs and that is a plus, but the sickness has got to go! So, hopefully I will be back on track in a week or so....

I've had the best of intentions. I really have. However, life seems to get in the way sometimes. I have the cutest pictures to post and can't at the moment. Bad Words!!!!
